Families delight in ECHO, a cultural museum and aquarium on the shores of Lake Champlain, Vermont. Here, visitors find exhibitions on the area's native Abenaki Indian alongside frogs, fish, and more. Kids can record themselves giving a mock weather forecast at Be A Watershed Weather Reporter, a permanent exhibit; the museum also features several changing exhibits each year.

Not much to it. Overpriced. Waste of tax dollars to Senator Leahy brought to Vermont so he could look good to the voters and put his name on the building. ... more on Yahoo! Travel

Admission price is WAY too much to walk around and look at some lake trout and a few turtles. I have been here with my daughter on 3 occasions, and it seems that about 25% of their "hands on" exhibits are always broken or missing ... more on Yahoo! Travel
