Guntersville State Park campground is a wonderful place for a family vacation. There are a variety of things to do such as hiking, swimming, biking and fishing. If you prefer to just relax under the trees, then you are at the right place.

Lovely place

My husband and I used to go to the hotel to have dinner at the restaurant very often. We loved the food and the service was great.
We can hardly wait until they reopen the restaurant and sure hope it's going to be as good as the old one.

we're ready to come back

THERE'S NOTHING WE DIDN'T LIKE.IT WAS SO PEACEFUL,QUITE,AND SAFE UP THERE.WE REALLY ENJOYED THE WHOLE WEEK WE STAYED.THE STORE WAS CONVIENT,AND THE PEOPLE THAT RAN IT WERE SO PLEASANT, THE BATH HOUSES WERE NICE AN CLEAN.THE BOAT DOCKS WERE GREAT SO EASY TO DOCK THE PONTOON.THERE'S JUST NO WORDS T... Can't say enough about it - GREAT

We stayed in Guntersville for almost two weeks, with the first week spent at the state park. The park has a great golf course, wonderful hiking and a beach on the lake. They also rent boats and canoes.
