South Mountain Park and Preserve offers the visitor access to a wide variety of flora and fauna, as well as geologic features that are found nowhere else on Earth. At over 16,000 acres, it is the largest municipal park in the country. Trails support horseback riding, hiking, and mountain bike riding.
