Depending on your route, you may hike 3.5 - 5 miles on this trail; be prepared for a two - four hour hike, bringing appropriate gear and lots of drinking water. This trail leads visitors through the Sierra redwoods, also known as Giant Sequoias. The most outstanding feature of this preserve is its remote tranquility along the South Grove.
