Beautiful, breathtaking falls
This is one of the most beautiful state parks I have ever stayed in---and I have stayed there many, many times. The waterfalls inside the park are nothing short of AWESOME! Worth an annual trip
I first learned about this park in 1986. Have gone there every year since except for two. Need I say more? This park has new spacious private hot showers, a snack bar, gift shop, spectacular falls, great camping, and a nice swimming area on the lake with plenty of sun or shade, whichever you choo... machete, a user of Tripadvisor. our fav state park
McArthur-Burney is probably the best state park I have ever seen! The falls are impressive. While they may lack the massive height of Yosemite, they make up for it in many other ways.
