May Day at Popham Beach State Park
I went to the beach recently, May 1, 2004 and it was a beautiful day. The beach was windy, but clear. I enjoyed the Beltane Festival (May Day) and generally enjoyed the whole day. A Beach for One or All
I live about an hour from this beach and do not hesitate to pack our van and head there every chance I get. This beach is large enough for the walker/jogger and for entire families.
