You walk on a boardwalk and down the wooden stairs to access a tranquil and clear water beach. more on TripAdvisor

I loved not having to fight for a place at the rail to see-everyone had to stay seated, and they circled around quite a bit so we all got plenty of opportunity to view the seals. more on TripAdvisor

The access to the refuge is past the Chatham lighthouse and is through a private area. In fact you see a board that tries to deter the interested visitors (don't be), which is likely why I saw few tur ... more on TripAdvisor
