Nice - if you don't swim
Edgewater is nice for kite flying and bike riding, but if you want to swim, I would go to another beach, or better yet, a swimming pool. The beach is dirty and who knows what is in the water. A place where there are ... a user of Go City Kids. Read full review on GoCityKids.com

Great location
The location is convenient to downtown and so the views are great. It is a large park with areas where people fly kites, a paved walking/bike trail, and picnic pavillions in addition to the beach. Directions
From downtown Cleveland, follow Route 2 west. Exit at Lake Avenue/West Boulevard, and follow West Boulevard north until it intersects Cliff Drive; follow signs to parking or to the scenic overlook.
