Me and my two children, ages 8 and 5 went to Silver Falls State Park Memorial Day weekend. The drive to the Park was beautiful. Lots of great little towns along the way. Beautiful park

Like the previous writer we did the 5.3 mile trail seeing 7 waterfalls, although Winter Falls, as it's name implies, is only really a waterfall in Winter. Breath takin

I am right by Silver Falls and we go as much as possible.. It's good for hiking 11 diffrent water falls is a 5hr hike.. Also a great place for the family theres horse back rideing hundreds of trails to walk from easy to hard... It's also a great place to take a dip when the weather is nice.
