After you come in, you can clean your fish right the more on igougo

South Padre Island (outside of the spring break season) is a very calm and peacefull island that has a loooooong streched beach that overlooks the Golf of Mexico where the water is as nicely warm as a relaxing bath (that was somewhat end September). more on GeckoGo

You can walk from one side of the island to the other side in just about 10 minutes, where you will see a sort of calm lake with on the other side of it the main land of Texas. more on GeckoGo

One long beach, huge hotels, no little bbs and only crappy greasy food, overprized, too touristy, just one awesome place there: a health food store with a little cafe, great breakfast burritos!! more on GeckoGo
