Stick with Upper Falls unless you are an experienced Hiker
White Water Falls are the highest water falls east of the Mississippi. They are 411 feet high; however you can only view them from two look out areas. Great view from a distance
The falls are absolutely awesome, but be warned that you don't get very close to them. There are two overlook points, the first at the end of a short wheelchair-accessible paved path from the parking lot (with nice views along the way), and the second down a long flight of wide wooden steps from ...
