Coming to Lake Lure was an awful experience for us. Lake Lure Beach is one of the worst so-called beaches that I have ever been to. The Lifeguards seemed like they were off in la-la land while my 7 year old son was in the deep end of the water. I didn't realize he made it that far out and either ... A Yahoo!
