Sad to see the park covered with feces

I have enjoyed the park most of my life. However, the last few years it is not kept clean and has dog feces covering the ground even on the walking cement trail. My favorite place
This place is a virtual garden of Eden. In the Spring it comes alive with flowering Azaleas and Tulips and Dogwood trees. The sweet scent of roses hangs in the air.
