Wet Planet has a private drop in spot upstream from the normal drop in and it allowed us to experience more rapids on our half day trip. more on TripAdvisor

Their site has plenty of parking, a changing room / bathroom, a gift shop, and picnic tables if you want to bring lunch, or you can get sandwiches from their deli. more on TripAdvisor
