Every one of us needs to relax sometime, and there is no better way to do that than spending the day at one of many Beverly Hills parks. Many of the parks we have all heard of, some are local secrets, but all are nice places to spend the day. Often you will find special events scheduled. Call ahead when planning a day at a Beverly Hills park.
La Cienega Park is a superb Beverly Hills park. It is kept very clean and has a lot of playground equipment. It is a safe park, but is situated close to the street, so caution should be applied when visiting the park with young children.
Roxbury Park is one of the most popular Beverly Hills parks. Parking is plentiful, but it is not free, so bring change. This is a very large park, with a lot of fun things to do. There are a lot of things to play on, like the dinosaur sculptures that spring up from the well manicured grounds of the park. The park plans many activities for senior adults as well. There is a large area for toddlers as well as benches for parents and caregivers to sit and watch the kids play.
Beverly Hills has many more parks to enjoy such as the secret hideaways known as Franklin Canyon Park and Cold Water Canyon Park. With many parks to enjoy, it is easy to spend the day relaxing.
