One of Sunnyvale's loveliest parks, Baylands comprises 105 acres directly on the southern edge of San Francisco Bay. There are several playgrounds for children, open fields, and miles of walking and hiking trails. As of 2010, it's connected to the Bay Trail, which runs along much of the inland coast of the peninsula. From March to October there's a per-car entry fee.
