I hated to leave! We drove thru the park to the Horse riding stables. Thru a leg up on a Quarter Horse along with my wife and my two girls. The pokes at the stable made sure Nancy was on a well condition steed, I think the horse ... more on Yahoo! Travel

Theodore Roosevelt National Park is a wonderful place to camp and spend a few days. The campground in the south unit of the park is right along the Little Missouri river, sheltered with giant cottonwood trees.
