Welcome to the worlds largest Naval station. Traffic can be hell going here in the mornings or coming home in the evenings if carriers are in port along with the strike groups. However, its great to v ... more on TripAdvisor

The Naval Base at Norfolk, which I was stationed at is good times. It is the largest in the world to the best of my knowledge and you can take tour of the ships sometimes (if you are a civilian). There is also a Battleship downtown ... more on GeckoGo
