Move it to a better city!

... in a few of the Binghamton city parks. It would be a stretch to call them amusement parks (tiny concrete pools, lots of link fence, a few basketball hoops, small swing/climbing sets). ... and raised in binghamton new york.grew up in recreation park. it has seen it's better days i am sure.but, the park is a monument to the city and it's youngsters as well as it's elders. the carousel" merry go 'round" as we called it ...
