This mall offers a wide veriety of stores....great department stores (Macy *s, Lord & Taylor, Strawbridges, and Jc Penny) it has a good food court and a ruby tuesday wich is great...and is clean semi-upscale and TAX-FREE!!!... more on Yahoo! Travel
