Worst experience in years.
We made an advance reservation for a non-smoking suite. We were running late and called them to confirm our room was still guaranteed. They said it was guaranteed. When we arrived they had given our guaranteed suite away to some high school kids and left us with a smoking room with 2 beds.

The hotel appears nice but a bit ordinary from the outside, but step inside to see the nice decor and feel the friendliness of the staff.
