However, the owner refused to return the item stating it was their policy and each Hallmark store is independent of each other. more on Yahoo! Travel

The owner also refused to supply the missing tea candles for the same reason as the return, stating I would have to go to the store of origin, which was 15 miles away, versus his store which is two miles from my home. more on Yahoo! Travel
