I'll keep it short and simple: the clothing is always trendy and outdated, and the staff is indifferent when it comes to assisting you (if there's even something worth asking about). that being said they do host trunk shows for populist designers like Betsey Johnson, which is cool, especially for Cleveland, and the prices aren't as bad as people complain about here. more on CitySearch
