I think that it is a very nice and well kept mall with lots of variety of stores to pick from. more on CitySearch

I don't rate it very highly though because it does not offer what some places like the galleria in dallas offer. these are just standard stores that are more recognized in the region and not the nation (though ther are exceptions) it does not offer the same upscale stature as dallas. I wish it would but it is by far better than that of quail springs in north okc. more on Yahoo! Travel

The mall is a great place to meet people and there is always an abundence of people at a great mall like Penn Square. The stores are located in great areas of the mall. Over ... more on Yahoo! Travel
