Berkshire Mall is a step above Fairgrounds if you want to call Fairgrounds a mall at all...we are deprived in Reading...this mall needs to be updated and needs upscale stores...it is totally depressing to try and find a good store or half decent place to eat in this town... more on Yahoo! Travel

It's also not crowded like Exton Mall or Park City, and it's pretty clean. more on Yahoo! Travel

close to my house / great service / friendly people / the food court is good / great sales / the one day I forgot my cell phone and I asked one of the retail ladies to use thier phone and they said yes and that maid feel good more on Yahoo! Travel

Overall this mall is not bad except when compared to malls in other areas like Lehigh. more on Yahoo! Travel
