poor customer service

... flowers for mom and the woman on the phone was much less than nice (apathetic at best). $15 delivery charge and $5 service fee before any flowers! I called from out of state so only have my phone interaction to go off of, but that ... allenbc, a user of citysearch.com. Reviews from CitySearch
