Nice grounds, quiet setting
Stayed here mid-summer for a midweek treat away from it all. Lovely drive into the grounds & away from the summer madness & crowds of the Napa Valley. Had a lovely seaweed wrap & massage at the spa - both as good as I've had elsewhere for twice the price. The front desk had my room accommodations... skabetti, a user of Tripadvisor. Unprofessional Service
I cannot believe a place like this exists in Calistoga; home of world famous spas!! I am not sure if this facility gets more business than they need.... questions were not answered clearly...when asked again..these were the exact words; "leave a message at the spa extension, someone will call you... jyoun628, a user of citysearch.com. Closest to 'budget' accommodation found
Stayed Memorial Day weekend at WSS. We were visiting Napa Valley for a wedding, and were grateful to find a place which did not smash the budget. We stayed in the Carriage House, with a shared bath, for a 'mere' $100 per night. The room was quite nice. The shared bathroom was small, but I never a... brettyb, a user of Tripadvisor. This isn't open to the public.
It's exclusively used by the Hoffman Institute for their classes. The location is beautiful and the road is public. But, after parking (legally) and walking a bit, we returned to our car to find a printed note under our wiper blade that was titled, "General Notice of Trespassing".
