It was OK

I found Serenity difficult to find and it does seem like a doctor's office so I was not impressed. They are a new spa and it shows. I don't think they have regular staff with regular schedules. Its more a doctors office than a spa

I arrived on time for my appointment and was made to wait over 20 minutes then was told they would squeeze in my service! A wonderful experience

This was my first visit to a spa. I appreciated the extra time Rosa spent with me from first contact to my time at Serenity. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
