I have been to Elemis several times for manicure and pedicures, in which I have always been satisfied. However, this time I had a eyebrow wax that destroyed the shape I had. Wonderful Experience

I went with my Mother and Sister-in-law and we all had a wonderful experience. My Sister-in-law and I both had a massage and wrap and my Mother had a facial. Don't waste your time here

I was going to Elemis quite regularly because they had a great beauty expert who would do the most amazing facials (Cass, she then moved to West Palm). Extremly poor customer service! Not worth your time or money!

I called Elemis to book a spa treatment for a girlfriend and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and was put on hold for another 7 minutes.
