we stayed in the beginning of june and had a wonderful stay. the staff was very helpful. it was the beginning of the season so there was no one staying at the inn. Our room was small but adequate. Reservations don't mean a thing

The hotel is charming, stayed there with a group of family and friends for a wedding. We had booked our rooms months in advance and a group of us had reserved the king waterview rooms with a porch. Great stay at Breakwater

Our second stay at Breakwater and we were extremely pleased. We had a spacious 4th floor room with beautiful views of the harbor river.
