Great Place to Relax
When it comes to baths and massages you can get any better in KC. Don't bother with the Elms. It definetely pales in comparison. Hall O' Waters, Excelsior Springs
The Hall of Waters is within a sumptuous WPA-financed Art Deco building that houses 4 (I believe) of Excelsior Springs' springs.
