Rottenwood Salon

I was about 10-15 minutes early for my first appointment, a hair cut. Upon my arrival, it was raining, but no one offered to take my coat or umbrella, or even bother to indicate where I should put them. There was no coatrack, closet, or umbrella stand visible, so I kept my wet things with me throughout my visit. The haircut technically was adequate , but due to miscommunication I was not happy with it. I specifically told the stylist I wanted it long enough to pull back. I told her I did NOT want bangs. Pedicure chair not cleaned properly!

Went to Cottonwoods to get a pedicure and was surprised to see when I arrived I was taken back to the pedicure room and the chair I was going to be in was dirty and had not been cleaned.
