I was about 10-15 minutes early for my first appointment, a hair cut. Upon my arrival, it was raining, but no one offered to take my coat or umbrella, or even bother to indicate where I should put them. Overpriced and overrated

I used to go there because I adored one of their hair stylists, Michelle, but was so thankful when she transferred to another salon in Edmond where the staff is friendly and they dont pretend to be something they are not. ... disappointing

I went in for a manicure. The tech was obviously in a hurry. she did not hardly speak to me. When I told her I did not want colored polish only clear she acted irritated. I will not return!!! What a treat!

My sweet boyfriend surprised me with a Cottonwood Day at the Salon. Pedicure chair not cleaned properly!
