This spa is lacking

Some friends and I recently booked a spa day at Terme and two of the four of us were highly disappointed in the services provided. I was one of the two who did not enjoy my experience at all. My mother and I try to hit this spa once a year. We really like the ambiance in the waiting room it makes you feel relaxed. The staff also provides cold spring water, tea, sometimes either fresh fruit or muffins while you wait. The service desk can be hit or miss. As for the services themselves, ...
