You gotta see this one!

I had a part replaced on our pump. They ordered the part and the two or three days it was going to take the part to get to our house turned into two weeks. Being from retail, I understood. In the process of replacing the part, one of their service guys cracked another pipe on our system. This caused a slow leak that I reported 2 days later. I received no help from the store or the ...
