Rude Staff and Spa Rip-Off
My wife and I just got back from a weekend at the Inn and Spa, and I wish I could report a better experience. After having made reservations for and accommodation/spa package more than a month ago, I called the Thursday beforehand to confirm everything. The Inn had our reservations fine, and there was no answer at the spa so I left a message (which was not returned). I called the spa again the next day, and learned that our treatments were mistakenly scheduled for November, not October.
