For Location You Can't Beat The Parkway Inn
If you want to be close to it all then Parkway Inn is your place. The service was excellent. The rooms were very clean. It gave you a feeling of staying at your grandmother's house. Cleanliness: I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. As I approached the Parkway looked like a motor lodge, and my prejudice was to assume substandard attention to cleanliness. A very nice inn; not a special b&b
We have stayed at the Parkway Inn many times in the past several years (most recently early June 2007), and have always enjoyed our time there. this is a beautiful small hotel just 3 blocks from the Jackson downtown square that has everything. the breakfast room has a sunny window were you can spend hours watching the skiers on the slopes of the "town hill". parking is ample and services are yours for the asking. ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
