We visted on July 3, 2006. My husband and son had an accident on the way down the slide. When they reached the bottom they were totally ignored by the staff. My five year old son had a bloody nose and lip, and abrasions covering his face. When no one came to us I took my son to the ticket counter... A Yahoo! User, a user of Yahoo! Travel.
