Every little boy and girl dreams about one day traveling to Anaheim, California to see the Happiest Place on Earth: Disneyland. Mickey and Minnie Mouse along with all of their friends have been putting smiles on the faces of the young and the young-at-heart since 1955. Today, it's just as well-known for its fast rides as it is for its lovable costumed Disney characters that roam the park doling out autographs and taking photos with adoring fans. Don't forget to head next door to the California Adventure Park, which opened in 2001.
