The views over Tahoe are unbeatable from the cable car & pretty much most of the mountain. We lacked snow at end of January, but the Heavenly can make it's own so no real issues. We snowboarded, & flats between 2 main ski areas were an issue - or rather cause for tired frustration at end of day! ... more on TripAdvisor
