This place has potential. But with the recent proliferation of hotel/waterparks, it is very easy to find a better place to take your family for fun. I walked in and found everything looking very amish, clean and neat in the Lobby, and was greeted by a young lady who though not exactly friendly, did ask if she could help me. I gave her my name and explained that I had made a reservation earlier that morning on their website and though it said a confirmation would be emailed to me, it never arrived. After quite a while of discussing this, she says that they'll just make a new reservation for me and check me in, Basically I wanted to ensure I didn't get charged twice so that took even longer to go through, they promised they would ensure I did not get charged again (so far, so good, no second charge has appeared). This was a stop on our way home from Canada, and after driving all day, we were tired and hungry. So we went up to our room got our swimsuits on ... mrleo, a user of Tripadvisor.
