We visited Six Flags America in Maryland during the week of June 20th, 2005. With all of the commericals we had seen on television, we thought it would be a fun way to spend a day since we had not been there before. We were wrong. The entire park seemed very run down. I took the family in early August. The rides were OK, but the only word to describe the staff is sullen. Questions were met with monosyllabic grunts or vague gestures and there was no focus on the guest. At one point we waited near the front of a line for a ride while it stopped for no apparent r... Having been to Hershey Park last year and Busch Gardens Williamsburg two years ago; I thought that this would be another a great addition to our list of "theme parks visited". Wow; what a cess pool.
