Never Again!

Terrible Staff!

... the family in early August. The rides were OK, but the only word to describe the staff is sullen. Questions were met with monosyllabic grunts or vague gestures and there was no focus on the guest. At one point we waited near the front ... A TripAdvisor Member, a user of Tripadvisor. ... last year and Busch Gardens Williamsburg two years ago; I thought that this would be another a great addition to our list of "theme parks visited". Wow; what a cess pool.
