Lakemont is a sad story. Once a thriving trolley park, a man tried to turn it into a full-fledged theme park in the late 80's. In the process, he removed almost every tree in the park. Worst amusement park we've ever been to

Rude employees. Even ruder management. Smokers everywhere. Poorly maintained rides. Overpriced food. Safety issues EVERYWHERE. The only redeeming feature of this park is "Leap the Dips". Lakemont is a sad story. The Boyertown Themepark wreaked the park. They took out all the trees. The good part from it is the Skyliner. One of the best wood coasters around.
