In spite of arriving in London just four hours after the first terrorist bombings, and reliving some of the emotions brought on by 9/11, Brendan tours did a wonderful job in making our first trip to Great Britain an enjoyable experience. more on Epinions.com

Brendan bungled our tour from the beginning: double booking at airport, two couples assigned to same hotel room, misinformation on use of credit cards, not being met at the airport, substitution of a fishing boat for a cruise boat we'd booked for the Amazon, no receipt of tour vouchers as promised. more on Epinions.com
