NaPali Sea Breeze Tours normally leaves from the Anini Beach Boat Ramp. In some cases, depending on weather and ocean conditions, the Sea Breeze may depart from Lihues Nawiliwili Small Boat Harbor. This harbor is located 2 miles SE of Lihu`e Airport at the corner of Waapa and Niumalu Roads. Early morning departures.
