I can't comment on the special trips, but the simple ride was a great pleasure, and we had ample time in Santa Paula for a stroll, a good Mexican lunch, and then back on the train. more on TripAdvisor

They tell you to make sure you are back on the train but....with little time in town, a suggestion where to eat might have been good. more on TripAdvisor
