Hunting

Stayed here because it was clsoe to the New Mexico-Colorado border and we could use it as a base camp to hunt both states. - The rooms were nice and very reasonable. Nice-Good Value

Very nice clean room. Convient to Cumbers and Toltec Scenic Railroad. - Also a good base for side trips to Rio-Grande George,Taos and the Great Sand Dunes National Monument - Also good mountain fishing. Great Place to Stay in Antonito

When searching for lodging near the CTSR train depot, all we could initially find were recommendations to stay in Alamosa (which is about 40 miles away!). I'm not sure what people who gave this place a 5 were thinking

I have to say we trusted the reviews and tried this hotel. The people are friendly but the hotel is not in good condition. There were dead bugs everywhere (well at least they were dead) and the bed was so old that all that was left was springs.
