Best Vacation of My Life

We went to Moab in October 05 and had the time of our life. We rented a Jeep from Cliffhanger Jeep Rental, it was a brand new Rubicon. We went to Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park. Be very wary of Cliffhanger...

I'll try to keep this simple, but it won't be easy. Basically when we arrived from the East Coast to pick up our reserved jeep, secured via credit card, we were told that we came on the wrong day (though I had the reservation in my hand and in writing.) We rented two of their newest jeeps. When we picked up the jeeps they had no tools, jacks, or shovels which are tipical equipment for a four wheel drive vehicle in the back country.
