It is true some of the fountains were not working but the flowers and grass were very well kept. more on TripAdvisor

All in all, if you're looking for something to pass the time and you don't want to spend much money (in this case any, because it's free) this is a great place to go. more on TripAdvisor

There are about 14 different gardens from different nationalities but maintenance is poor [fountains without water, structures falling apart and /or covered with graffiti, etc.]. red butte university ... more on TripAdvisor
