Directions
From the West and North, take Route 1 South, the Jamaicaway. Take Route 203 past Arnold Arboretum, over an overpass, straight through a rotary (Route 203 becomes Morton Street). Continue to follow Morton Street/Route 203 past Shattuck Hospital on your left and past Forest Hills cemetery on your right. Continue under an underpass, and turn right at the next light into the state hospital land, where you will see Massachusetts Audubon Society signs. From the South, follow Blue Hills Avenue North (Route 138, then Route 28) through Mattapan Square. Turn left onto Walk Hill Street, after about 1/2 mile. There is a mint green awning on the left side of Blue Hill Avenue at the corner of Walk Hill Street. Proceed on Walk Hill Street through the light at Harvard Avenue and past Mt. Cavalry and Mt. Hope Cemeteries on the left. Turn right at the white Massachusetts Audubon sign.
