The quality of customer service in this winery has truly diminished. I HAD been a wine club member here for many years, a relationship that ended this past June. I live in LA, so plan to visit the winery whenever traveling to and from destinations in northern CA. This last time, we arrived at the winery 5 minutes prior to closing, and ... By A Yahoo!
